Important things to know before booking your bouncy castle

Check the dimensions in the “Additional Information” tab. Please allow an extra 1 metre of head room if you are planning an indoor setup.

Let us know the surface type (grass, concrete, or sand). We need this information to prepare the correct anchoring equipment.

Provide your exact location. This helps us calculate travel time and ensure we arrive well before your event starts.

When hiring a Mascot costume, a £20 refundable deposit is required. This will be returned in full if the costume is undamaged.

Peace of mind – we are fully insured with £5 million Public Liability Insurance.

We will arrive at least 30 minutes before your event starts to set up the castle safely.
